Train Tour Cost Includes :
travel, accommodation, all meals, mineral water, juices, soft drinks, house brands of wines, beer and spirits, all sightseeing including entrance fees, guides, tour managers, still camera fees (not professional camera) and all entertainment.

EXTRA COSTS (Not Included in train tour) :
Laundry, telephone calls, gratuities, liquors, all alcoholic beverages apart from house brands of wines, beer and spirits, video, films and professional still camera fees and any other items of personal nature.

Booking Procedure :

We require the names & nationality of all the passengers with passport details & contact address
Booking will be confirmed on receipt of minimum 25% of tour amount
Balance payment must reach us atleast 65 day before tour depart
Booking request made < 65 days notice before tour depart , will be confirmed on receipt of full 100% tour amount

Cancellation Rules :
1. Any changes requested to your confirmed bookings must be made in writing.
2. The requested changes, be it name change or date change will be treated as a fresh booking where confirmation will be subject to availability.
3. All bookings confirmed are non-transferable and will invite a cancellation charge as applicable.
4. 25% of Published Tour cost will apply as cancellation fee,if request made 95 days prior to depart date
5. 50% of Published Tour cost will apply as cancellation fee,if request made between 89 to 65 days prior to depart date
6. 100% Cancellation fee of total tour cost,, if request made <65 days prior to depart date

Important :
(i) Maharaja Express Train is owned by Royale Indian Tours Ltd,which is a joint venture company between - IRCTC and Cox and Kings India Ltd.
(ii) Liability of Lawrence Travels & Tours Pvt Ltd,New Delhi is restricted to that of booking agent only
(iii) The day to day tour program of Maharaja Express Train & tariff are subject to change,at short notice
(iv) Maharaja Express Train tour will operate,subject to minimum passengers,as decided from time to time by The Train Company
(v) At present there is no concept of Tour Insurance in India & tourists are advised to obtain the same in country of origin of travel
(vi) Compensation & Liability in case of passenger's death or major injury ,while travelling on the train,is governed by Indian Railways Act.
(vii) Disputes(if any) are subject to jurisdiction only to the courts on New Delhi,India
