About Indian Maharaja Deccan Odyssey Train Tour
After the grand success of Palace On Wheels train Tour & availability
of a new train in Mumbai; this new tour circuit of Maharaja Train -Deccan
Odyssey train tour was introduced in nov 2009 & running successfully,
since then. The Deccan Odyssey train is jointly owned by Indian Railways &
Maharashtra State Govt & onboard hospitality successfully managed by
internationally renowned Taj Group of Hotels. The Deccan Odyssey luxury
train has been chartered by local Indian Tour operator for limited dates; on
a different 7 nights tour program. Under the brand name of Indian
Maharaja-The Deccan Odyssey train tour The Maharaja train operates between
Mumbai/Delhi & Vice-versa covering cave frescoes of Ajanta Ellora caves,
lake city of udaipur, ranthambhore tiger reserve, pink city of jaipur &
eternal Taj Mahal.
The Indian Maharaja train - Facilities
You have option to book twin/triple bedded deluxe cabins Or presidential
suites. Onboard are facilities of Bar Lounge, two dining car saloons;
ayurvedic spa centre; 30 seater conference car, business centre & mini
gym. There are various tariff options, based on group/personalized tour

Tariff Cost Includes :
Onboard stay with daily 3 meals, sight-seeing & excursions; entrance
fees at monuments & bottled drinking water.
Extra Costs (Not Included) :
Alcoholic & Non Alcoholic beverages; tips, laundry, telephone calls,
video camera fees, Business Car Facilities, Spa Car Facilities, tour
insurance; hotel stay & railway station transfers in either Delhi Or
Mumbai and all other items of personal nature.
Booking Procedure :
* We require Names/Nationality of all the passengers
* booking will be confirmed on receipt of USD 1000 advance deposit per
person ,which is non refundable & non-adjustable.
* Balance /Full payment: must reach us atleast 61 days before tour
departure.
Payment Options :
Either by credit card Authorization Bank swift wire transfer
Cancellation Policy :
- Minimum US$ 1000 per person will be charge before 60 days of tour
depart
- 30% of ticket value 59-45 days prior to departure.
- 50% of ticket value 44-30 days prior to departure.
- 100% of ticket value less than 29 days prior to departure
- requests for postponement of journey & non payment as per
schedule,will be governed by cancellation rules
- Disputes, if any, are subject to jurisdiction of courts of New Delhi
(India) only
