About Indian Maharaja Deccan Odyssey Train Tour

charter The Deccan Odyssey train on 8 days/7 Nights Mumbai/Delhi & vice
versa tourist circuit covering best of Rajasthan with Taj Mahal & UNESCO
World Heritage Sites of Ajanta-Ellora cave temples. This special charter run
is being operated & marketed as Indian Maharaja Deccan Odyssey Train
Tour by the same private tour company The Deccan Odyssey Train offers
combination of Deluxe Cabins with private washrooms & option of Suite
cabins.There are two dining cars,bar lounge,library saloon,mini gym,health
spa & business centre facility The Deccan Odyssey train is a joint
collaboration between Indian Railways & State Government of Maharastra &
onboard catering service facilities are managed by Taj Group of Hotels
But the sole responsibility/liability to operate the train tour as
Indian-Maharaja Deccan Odyssey is limited to that of the private travel
company, who have chartered the train on given different tourist circuit and
for fixed dates of 2009/10 season

Silver class : Deluxe cabin + group transfers,

Gold Class : Deluxe cabin + Individual transfers + Individual
Sightseeing and other Excursions + Individual guide for sightseeing.
Platinum Class : Presidential suite + Individual transfers, +
Individual Sightseeing and other Excursions + Individual guide for
sightseeing.
Train Tour cost includes :
Stay in A/c sleeping chambers with private washrooms; daily three
meals;bottled drinking water option of group/individual conducted
sightseeing tour; entrance fee at monuments & national parks;cultural
programs ; boat ride at Udaipur; rickshaw ride at Bharatpur.
Extra Costs(Not Included) :
Alcoholic 7 Non Alcoholic beverages; tips, laundry, telephone calls, video
camera fees at monuments & national parks, Business centre & Spa
Facilities, Tour insurance;hotel stay in Delhi OR Mumbai & all other
items of personal nature.
Booking Procedure :
* We require Names/Nationality of all the passengers
* booking will be confirmed on receipt of USD 1000 advance deposit per
person ,which is non refundable & non-adjustable.
* Balance /Full payment: must reach us atleast 61 days before tour
departure.
Payment Options :
Either by credit card Authorization Bank swift wire transfer
Cancellation Policy :
- Minimum US$ 1000 per person will be charge before 60 days of tour
depart
- 30% of ticket value 59-45 days prior to departure.
- 50% of ticket value 44-30 days prior to departure.
- 100% of ticket value less than 29 days prior to departure
- requests for postponement of journey & non payment as per
schedule ,will be governed by cancellation rules
- Disputes,if any,are subject to jurisdiction of courts of New
Delhi(India) only
