Being Relaunched from Sept 2023 , The Deccan Odyssey Luxury Train Tour Operates on Six Different Circuits across Central & Western India ,Where each Journey is of Seven Nights Duration. The Train Offers 36 Luxuriously furnished Deluxe Cabins & 4 Presidential Suites. Other facilities Includes Two Dining Cars, Bar Lounge & Onboard Kitchen serving wide array of Vegetarian & Non vegetarian Cuisine .Pre-arranged City Sightseeing Tours are organised in Air Conditioned Buses with English Speaking Guide.
For Guests in Presidential Suites , Sightseeing is arranged by Private Car with Guide ( except sharing vehicle in Tiger Reserves) .Both Deluxe Cabins & Presidential Suites have private attached bathrooms.

BOOKING PROCEDURE -Deccan Odyssey Train:
- Advice Number of Cabins ,Types of Cabin Required with Date of Journey- to check availability
- To process Booking - We require Passport Copies of All Passengers.
- Booking will be confirmed on receipt of 25% Advance Deposit of Published Ticket Value ( Inclusive Taxes)
- Payment Can be made Either by Credit Card Or Swift Bank Wire Transfer
- BALANCE Payment must reach us ATLEAST Fifty Days Before Depart
- In case Booking Request made < 55 days before depart -We Require One Time Full Deposit to Confirm Booking
- On completion of Booking Formalities- e-travel documents will be forwarded
CANCELLATION RULES:
- Deccan Odyssey Train Tour is Jointly Operated by Tourism Dept of Maharashtra State Govt & Ebix Travels ( a private company) AND Accordingly -Liability of Royal Indian Trains is limited to that of Booking Agent Only
- All Cancellation reques must be made in writing & acknowledged by us
- Nil Cancellation fee -if cancellation request received more than 62 Working Days before train depart
- 20% Cancellation Fee on Published Ticket Value ( inclusive taxes) - if cancellation request received between 61 to 47 Working Days before train depart
- 50% Cancellation Fee on Published Ticket Value ( inclusive taxes) - if cancellation request received between 46 to 32 Working Days before train depart
- Nil Refund (full 100% Cancellation Fee ) if cancellation request received less than 32 Working Days before train depart
- Train Tour Operator reserves the right to Cancel Scheduled Train Depart ,either due to low occupancy Or any other technical reason & Refund Will Be processed as Per Train Operator Policy
- Disputes ,if any, are Subject to jurisdiction of courts of Gurugram, NCR Delhi ( India ) Only
